FLAMEC FILTERS

FLAMEC modules allow an innovative ultrafiltration process to remove from liquids:
suspended solids
colloids
microbiological loads
molecular aggregates
pigments
microplastics
The advantages of using FLAMEC in water treatment processes are:
flat membranes use
tangential flow filtration
no spacers on the concentrate side
low transmembrane pressure
absence of automatic valves, inverters, PLC and regulating instrumentation 
fouling control without backflush, compressed air and mechanical actions on the membranes
modular system
large filtrating area in reduced volumes
Regarding its performance, FLAMEC filters are characterized by:
up to 150 L/m2h flow
low trans membrane pressure: max 0.5 bar
ultrafiltration of water with turbidity up to 100 NTU and SDI above 6
continuous and stable permeate flow over long periods of time
low electrical consumption: 0,2-0,3 kW/h per m3 of permeate
low chemicals consumption (only used for the CIP)
easy to manage: no need for any specially skilled operators, it’s ideal for stand-alone unguarded locations
