HYPOX® PATENTED SYSTEM FOR POLYMER REMOVAL

HYPOX® is an innovative system patented by MOVEngineering to deeply remove organic substances, polymers, gels and carbon residuals from all components, both delicate and rough.

The system is perfect to clean all metallic pieces, also made by aluminium, such as:
assembled filter housings
filter elements made with any kind of filter media, such as mesh, fibers and sintered metal powder
spinnerets and spin packs for synthetic fibers
gear pumps
components for polymer extrusion, pipes and manifolds
moulds, hot runners
heat exchangers
static mixer
The HYPOX® system guarantees a safe and effective cleaning without using any solvent or chemical sub-stances; it can be installed in any environment and it is fully automatic.

Depending on the kind of parts to be cleaned, there are two models available:
with horizontal cleaning chamber
with vertical cleaning chamber
