IEMP, SPIN FINISH EMULSION PREPARATION

We supply plants suitable for just-in-time spin finish emulsion preparation, to be applied on synthetic yarns. The IEMP units are modular and they allow an automatically preparation of the spin finish emulsion, without manpower requirement.

This system offers various advantages, such as:
just in time production to reduce storage tanks to a maximum capacity of 100 L, limiting to the minimum the required space.
absence of bacterial contamination. System kept under nitrogen flow
emulsion production through recipes set on PC
considerable reduction in the working costs thanks to the absence of stirrers and to the completely automatic management
