CLEANING SERVICES

At our premises, we have installed a cleaning center to be able to provide third party services.
Thanks to our long experience and continuous research and innovation, we are able to meet the different needs for the removal of organic and inorganic polymers from metal components such as:
spark plugs and filter disks
filter housing assembled
chain packs
extruder screws
other metal parts that may be requested by customers
The machinery of the cleaning center is:
HYPOX® for polymer removal
CHEMICAL POST-TREATMENTS studied in accordance with the customer and suitable to treat metallic pieces
HIGH PRESSURE WASHING EQUIPMENT, BOTH FOR FILTER CANDLES AND LEAF DISKS robotized and managed by software
ULTRASONIC BATH for delicate pieces
INFRARED DRYING UNIT for the drying of the pieces
EQUIPMENT FOR FILTER CANDLE AND LEAF DISK TESTING with training courses to operators in order to check the cleaning quality
WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS for the recovery of washing waters (micro and ultrafiltration)
