It is an integrated process set up for the recovery and treatment of lactam water in PA6 polymerization plants. It allows to reduce the PA6 production costs, minimizing the caprolactam loss and optimizing the plant of lactam water circuit.

With Decrolactam it’s possible to reduce considerably the costs for polymerization reactors and concentrators maintenance and cleaning. It can also produce polymer, with a quality suitable for the different applications, either for technical use, monofilaments, flakes, compound or other, out of 100% of concentrated lactam water, without the addition of virgin lactam.

If the Decrolactam process is integrated in the polymer production, it is possible to guarantee an increase in yield up to 100%.
