It is an integrated process set up for the recovery and treatment of lactamic water in PA6 polimerization plants. It allows to reduce the PA6 production costs, minimizing the caprolactam loss and optimizing the plant of lactamic water circuit.

With Decrolactam it is possible to considerably reduce the costs for polymerization reactors and concentrators maintenance and cleaning. It can also produce polymer, with a quality suitable for the different applications, either for technical use, monofilaments, flakes, compound or other, from 100% of concentrated lactamic water, without the addition of virgin lactam.

If the Decrolactam process is integrated in the polymer production, it is possible to guarantee an increase in efficiency up to 100%.
